Service availability may depend on property condition, location, access, staff availability and the agreed scope of work.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the property condition, size, access, cleaning requirements or service scope differs from the original information.

Any additional work must be agreed before it is carried out.

4. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we have accepted the appointment and agreed the service details with you.

Customers must provide accurate contact details, property information, access instructions and any relevant health, safety or parking details.

5. Access to Property

You must ensure our team has safe and timely access to the property. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, cancellation or waiting charges may apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should remove valuable, fragile or personal items before cleaning begins. We are not responsible for items that were not safely stored or disclosed before the service.

Please inform us in advance about delicate surfaces, damaged areas, specialist materials, pets, alarms, restricted areas or safety risks.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.

Cancellations made at short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially where staff time, travel or materials have already been arranged.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before the service. Payment must be made by the agreed method and within the agreed timeframe.

Late payments may result in service delays, suspension of future bookings, or recovery of outstanding amounts.

9. Satisfaction and Complaints

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion with details and photos where possible.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a reasonable solution.

10. Limitations

Cleaning results may vary depending on age, condition, staining, wear, material type, previous cleaning attempts and existing damage.

We cannot guarantee full removal of permanent stains, mould, limescale, paint, odours, heavy soiling or damage that cannot be safely cleaned.

11. Liability

Daras Cleaning Ltd will take reasonable care while providing services. Our liability is limited to direct loss caused by proven negligence by our team.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, hidden defects, unsafe fixtures, or damage caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
